Do I need to book ahead?
It is best to. We keep a couple of same-day spaces most Saturdays, so call us on the morning if you are hoping for one.
How much notice do you need to change or cancel?
24 hours, please. Inside that, we may charge half the price of the service, because the time was kept for you.
Do I need a patch test before color?
Yes, if you are new to color with us. It takes five minutes, it is free, and it needs to be at least 48 hours before your appointment.
What should I bring to a consultation?
Photos of hair you love (and hair you do not), and anything you remember about past color or treatments.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, for any amount or for a named service. Pick one up at the studio, or call and we will post it.
